Dr. Jennifer Esse, Au.D

Dr. Esse has practiced in the Lowcountry for 14 years, with extensive experience and expertise in pediatric and educational audiology, adult and geriatric audiology, tinnitus evaluation, industrial audiology, and hearing aid evaluations, fitting and service.Dr. Esse received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Audiology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.Dr. Esse originally hails from Canada (Barrie, Ontario), but now calls Charleston home.
Heidi Clower, MS, CCC-A

Heidi Clower received her degrees from Ohio State University and UNC-Chapel Hill. She has extensive experience in both pediatric and adult hearing care. Heidi lives in Summerville with her husband and is a busy mother of four.
Susan is a former small business owner and professional with broad experience in executive management, public relations, event planning, sales and marketing, graphic design and fundraising. Prior to relocating in South Carolina two years ago, she lived in Southwestern Pennsylvania serving as Chief Professional Officer of the Boys & Girls Club of Somerset County. She also served as United Airlines Flight 93 Coordinator in the aftermath of September 11, 2001.
She held active memberships and board positions within various Pennsylvania business and non-profit communities for more than 30 years, including volunteering with the American Cancer Society.
Susan and her husband, Gene, reside in Mount Pleasant. They have four children, two grandchildren and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Ruby.
Diane has held positions as both a dental and medical receptionist. She has extensive experience in the hearing aid business as an office manager. During her time spent in Texas, Diane was employed at an embroidery shop. Her most rewarding years were dedicated to caring for her parents. Originally from Ohio, Diane and Rex recently relocated to Charleston to be closer to their two children and grandchild. Diane treasures her time spent with family.

In addition we belong to a variety of professional organizations that provide us with a wealth of information.
